You will be responsible only for actual shipping charges.
Actual shipping charges are
automatically added to your order when you view your shopping
cart. Ray adds a $1.50 handling charge to pay for the packaging
material and handling. On orders where you wish to mail a
check or money order, use the cart and choose the option to
"Order by Check/Money Order". A page suitable for
mailing, faxing or phone-in will be returned to your browser.
The shipping will be included on the invoice. Overseas customers
should contact us through e-mail so we can decide what the
most practical shipping method is for your particular destination.
New Rules for Out-of-Country
Orders:
We have had a lot of problems
with orders that go to other countries. Many of them disappear
or arrive broken, even though we went to great pains to carefully
package them. When we try to file a claim on packages that
vanished or were broken, we are told that if it was not insured,
we are just out of luck. Of course Ray refunds the customer's
money, but he also looses the merchandise and is grumpy the
rest of the day.
Effective immediately, we
will require that any shipments to destinations outside of
the United States and its possessions will have to
be sent by U.S. Postal Service and be registered and insured
at the buyer's expense. The actual cost of registration and
insurance will be added to your order.
Some countries will not accept registered packages.
You may need to check your country's postal regulations.
We use US Postal Service
and UPS GroundTrac service, and packages are picked up daily,
Monday through Friday. Normally, orders are shipped within
one business day from the date the order is received. We try
our best to send your order the fastest and cheapest way possible.
If you have a shipping preference, let us know.
If you do not receive your
order within a "reasonable" length of time from
the time the order is placed, call us at 1-888-933-GEMS, or
E-Mail us and we will trace the shipment.
Sorry, no COD shipments will
be made. (Unless, of course, we know you well...)
Please give us a street
address to ship to... UPS can't deliver to a P.O. Box.

return policy. Satisfaction with your shipment is guaranteed.
If you are not happy with an item you received from us, then
we don't want you to have to pay for it. You may return the
item or shipment for full credit or refund; however, no return
will be accepted without prior approval. If you wish to return
an item, give us a toll free call, or e-mail for approval.
We accept VISA, MasterCard,
Money Orders, Checks, and we occasionally
accept cash! Although we sell hand-knapped arrow heads, we
are not accepting animal skins as payment at this time .
We can accept checks over
our toll free telephone line, by FAX, Email, Online order,
or by snail mail. If you send a personal check, we will hold
your order until the check clears our bank, usually 10 days.

When you go to the shopping
cart check-out, you now have the option to choose our Easy
Pay Plan which splits your total bill up into three
equal monthly payments. The first payment is charged to your
credit card when your order is processed. Your card will be
charged again one month later for the second payment. One
month later, your card will be charged for the final payment.
We think this will make it easier for some of our customers
to fit purchases into their budget.
The only requirements are
that your order total is at least $30.00, that you pay with
a credit card that does not expire before the last payment
is applied, and that your billing address is in the United
States or one of its possessions.
(NOTE: If for any reason
we are not able to charge your credit card for the second
and/or third payments within five days of when they become
due you will be charged a $15.00 late charge for that payment.

The pictures in our On-line
Catalog are representative of the items we stock. With the
exception of the large expensive display items, we certify
that the items shipped to you are of equal or better size
and quality than the pictured items. On the large expensive
display items, we ship you the actual item pictured.
