M866 - Selenite Sphere, 1-1/2" Morocco.

This material appears to be a fiber-optic material from the play on the light waves within the material. Selenite is a gypsum. Hardness 1-1/2 to 2. (Can be scratched with your thumb nail.) A sulfate material. Hydrous calcium sulfate. Good polish on these.
