M792 -
These one
pound bags of gem stones appear to be cuttings from a trim saw
in a cab cutting lapidary production plant. They have been
tumbled polished and could be used for a variety of artful
endevours.
Ray looked
through them and they are all nice gem quality material and in
the 241 stones in the bag he examined, he identified
Amethyst,
Aventurine, Banded Agate, Bloodstone, Blue died Howlite, Blue
Lace Agate, Blue Tigereye, Carnelian Agate, Golden Tigereye,
Howlite, Jasper/Hemitite, Lapis, Picture Jasper, Red Jasper,
Red tigereye, Rose Quartz, Sodalite, Tan Jasper and Unakite.
These
stones are from South Africa.
