M618 - Graphite Carbon, often with impure due to admixed clay and
iron oxide. The name is
derived from the Greek “graphein, “to write,” in illusion to its use
as a crayon, or modern pencil lead. Its
principal use is in lubricants. This
stuff is dirty and messy when handled.
Rember when you were in school and often got pencil lead on
your hands? Wellll........
This is Graphite is its natural state.
Ugly specimens. But,
