F1944 - Scallop Shell, Matching sides (Baja California)

Great looking multi-colored modern calm shells from down on the lower
coast of California. A dealer at the recent Franklin, NC show had a
large box of these. They're not what you would call "fossils" as they shells still had the scallop alive in them when harvested. I just loved the colors and knew they would make great display pieces for a bookcase or for displaying. I didn't know Scallop shells got this big! They're big! See the photos.
