FR140 - Trilobite mortality plate
Twelve complete trilobites representing three different species adorn this mortality plate. Anaphopsis brevica (3 partial) Psilocephalina lubrica (3 complete, 1 partial) Yuepingia sp. (9 complete).
These 500 million year old specimens are from the Early Ordovician Period of China.
Trilobites are quite popular among fossil collectors and enthusiasts.
This replica includes a display stand and a hanger. The real fossil was found in Yongshun, Hunan Province, China.
